EASVOLEE – Effects on Air quality of Semi-VOLatile Engine Emissions

“Transport Emissions“ policy recommendations workshop

May 13, 2024

On May 13th  the EASVOLEE project coordinator, Prof. Pandis, participated in a panel discussion during the policy recommendations workshop titled “Transport Emissions“ that took place at the Finnish Meteorological Institute (FMI) venue in Helsinki, Finland. The workshop was co-organised by VTT, Magellan Circle and FMI. The policy recommendations workshop introduced four ongoing Horizon Europe research projects (PAREMPI, AEROSOLS, EASVOLEE and GREEN RAY) on transport-derived emissions and their contribution to the formation of the secondary aerosols, health effects and related external costs. Through project presentations and stakeholder discussions, the workshop aimed to collaboratively tackle challenges and explore solutions for mitigating air pollution and fostering sustainability.
