These studies are central to understanding how different emission sources influence aerosol properties and their potential impacts on human health\u2014core themes of WP3.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1623 \" src=\"http:\/\/www.easvolee.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Prof.-Yinon-Rudich-Visits-EPFL2-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"741\" height=\"556\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.easvolee.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Prof.-Yinon-Rudich-Visits-EPFL2-1024x768.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/www.easvolee.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Prof.-Yinon-Rudich-Visits-EPFL2-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.easvolee.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Prof.-Yinon-Rudich-Visits-EPFL2-768x576.jpg 768w, http:\/\/www.easvolee.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Prof.-Yinon-Rudich-Visits-EPFL2.jpg 1115w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 741px) 100vw, 741px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In addition to research discussions, Prof. Rudich delivered a seminar titled:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<strong>Quantifying Toxicity Mechanisms in Biological Systems from Exposure to Biomass Burning and Pollution: Novel Approaches in Aerosol Volatility Measurement<\/strong>&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The talk showcased among others cutting-edge methodologies for measuring aerosol volatility from extremely small sample volumes and linking these measurements to bulk aerosol properties. These advances are particularly relevant for WP3\u2019s mission to characterize aerosols more precisely in terms of their health effects and chemical behavior.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery
